Im not sure if this has any use for any investors, but I'd thought I'd post it anyways.

I am a new investor of Vidwrx and am concerned about the lack of public notification the company gives or has given recently. Also, since the hire of the new COO and president Steve Hancock, I have not heard any plans the new CEO has and where he wants to take the company. I apologize if the question is not yours to answer, but because of the lack of information on the company website, I have no choice but to start with you.

My colleague Dave is on holidays and won’t be back until March 7^th.
 
In case you missed it, the company issued a update this morning from Steve Hancock, company President.  Here's the link to his letter:

As well, VID management is currently pursuing alternate financing with existing shareholders and institutions that already have a large stake in the company.  It hopes to issue a press release in the next day or two on this matter.

Sad to say I own a bunch of paper in this company. Here is what I was told. The company is working on a bridge loan extension and then a debt draw down facility to keep dillution to a minimum.  Corporate milestone would be part of the new debt facility. Expenses, including management salaries, some staffing cuts, and other corporate expense reductions, will allow the company to reach
