The conversion of warrants brings in about 900k to the company if my calcs are correct. I wish they would have stated in the nr how much money they got for the conversion. I'm sure these guys with the warrants where not happy campers and agreed to convert them to get cheaper shares and warrants to make up for the loss and lower their pps. My bet is news to follow soon. Anyone confirm my calcs?

At then bottom of page 3 of 36 on the short form prospectus there is a table that states "Net Proceeds to the Corporation"  that totals $1,263,400 Price to Public - Finders Fee $1,340,000 - $76,600 = $1,263,400 One page lower on point #6 it mentions "fees and expenses" in connection to filing and preparing the short form prospectus totalling $123,400 of which $31,152

Your numbers look good as per prospectus. My number was what i thought have been exercised so far but maybe all have been?  As far as warrants/ shares at 1.5 cents i have never seen that......total b.s. and  Biggiesmall you should sell.....nice try
