Early investors have watched George Fleming, and his self appointed Board, mismanage this Company for years. For years we've called for his resignation. If an effective restructuring is to take place, both Fleming and the Board need to go from the Company.

I fully agree.  They underperformed at all levels.  The glassdoor reviews are a real concern if true! Shareholder performance has been horrible as expert short sellers and market bears have taken control it seems?  The biggest issue is they have a lot of shares and are continuing to accumulate more for....
