I thought they were not around anymore but maybe they like the fact that Steve is the new CEO. You can see the finders fee is paid to Echelon Wealth Partners, their new name since a couple of weeks ago. This is a big player and I am happy to see they are still around.

The money to keep them going for another few months .... but first we have to see if they are bringing in Revenues, revenues higher than the previous quarter !!! And now we wait for those numbers !!

They are basically risking nothing They buy 7M shares at 3 cents and sell 7M shares at 2.5 cents so therefore pay .5 cent per share. This means they have 35 grand invested and get a 5 cent warrant. This is lunch money for them and if lost means squat. I wouldn't be surprised if EP was anon and destroyed the sp due to losing from previous financings. They will get their money back one way or
