One theory..I said one
So you take over a dire straights company. Shareholders are pissed off. You are tryng to get some financial support. You have set out a plan and players buy into it...including newbies that will only sell at a short profit. Your excited what business is coming in...but cant seem to find the financing because some a$$hat leached all the previous finacing to fund his lifestyle and has tarnished the name.. You continue to work hard and find enough funds to keep you going....
You are new to the game of shareholder communication and take it very seriously...well...maybe too serious and you feel the tension day to day.You have some decent numbers for previous year earnings but feel that you need more as the novelty of this announcement will only be lost in the past.., as high expectations are now present. Your investment relations partner is hounding you with concerns from shareholders about earnings...as this may be the least they want.
You feel that things are not what they seem..and if anybody in there right mind could see it your way..things wouldnt be so damn hard. One thought you get is seeing the share price at a lame dead in the water .02/.025. You are not a day trader so this is irrelevent and you feel that time will tell the true story. You realize things will only get better on factual information and current operations.
So, you take the route of continuing to build a strong base of revenue and at the same time get closer and closer to providing shareholders with facts instead of assumptions that lead this company to where it is now...You want change...You feel that performance will take its place instead of hype/hope...You are a front runner to see the growth and will be happy as all f#@k to provide details to the shareholders...but only if it will impact the actions of investors.
My point is Steve is not a day trader..he is a business man and what I beleive to be a great front man. I feel this delay in earnings is a strategic play and will be followed by numerous updates that we as shareholders will want to hear...who gives a fk about the past? He will bring the future and thats what I want.
Three months from now! Six months from now! One year! I am long and strong

I agree with you, I think Vidwrx is a good concept, but they have to make money. Wish I knew what was going on inside as well.
