A former employee is telling me that everybody quit more than a week ago!! They have been lying to the investors that everything is ok and the core team is still working. I visited myself this morning and banged the the door(there was a sign there) and nobody answered or come in or out for an hour. I am suprised they didn't halt the stock to feed us with more lies... Discusting, we got played on this one.

1) Everybody quit except the board, including the CFO(No financials) 2) CRA, 700k - They are not raising money for operations, they are raising money to limit their exposure.  2) The Creative Network is owed more than 200k, then won't work again for them.  3) Staff backpay is more than 500k. they are suing the board for the $$$ 4) The clients are asking for their money back

PennyHunter, feel free to share your source for where you found all these numbers and "facts." As far as im concerned, these numbers were fabricated out of thin air, not one of these points is public information. Pair that with the 48 hour career on SH you've had with this account and it doesn't take a genius to figure out what your intentions are.
