I don't expect to hear anything until either the financing is closed and we continue on or there is no financing and goodbye.

I don't think financing is the problem, i think balancing the 2015 yearly financial books are the problem. If a audit is taking place and funds are missing this could be a serious issue! The law could come in effect !

imo you are both right (financing and balancing the books) and as far as I oversee they still have money to operate which gives hope it will go on
