Very heated conference call

It certainly ended very ugly with curse words being exchanged between GF and a caller.  Caller was basically asking why GF can't support the company and supply the $170k needed to keep it going. Caller emphasized concerns about his contribution during the Gypsy swap. Things escalated very quickly, tempers ran high and the conference call abruptly ended.

That about sums it up.

GF should have acted more professionally handling the callers question. He should understand the concerns around getting our money back.

I also found him a bit condisending towards Steve and past sales staff - especially when until February, GF was the CEO and ultimately responsible.  Now he's behaving that he's saving this out of the goodness of his heart... or something like that.

Its unfortante, Highly doubt anyone will reinvest almost $200,000 to get it back running after that conference call, brutal.

I was the Caller who suggested that George Fleming step up and contribute $170K to assist ..... to show good Faith in kick - starting the Recovery process !!! I was certainly not expecting him to reply, " I don't give a S$it about you or the Company. I've moved on and am not interested in the least " . Is George involved or not with this Recovery, because from what he just told ...more

I agree...he left the company in a complete mess and is trying to make it sound that it was the fault of Steve and the board that the company is in trouble and that he's doing this because he's some generous kind soul... I'm not surprised he basically shut the conference down...from everything I've heard he's a complete unprofessional knob, and his reaction today pretty much ...more

Where's the board of director in all of this? I thought GF was out completely, no longer to be seen! As soon as the board have learned the serious injuries about Steve a few weeks ago, the board should have appointed a interim ceo. I think the board need to put their act straight now, before it's too late. Hopefully things will work out!

you the nail on the head !!!! I was stunned when he told me that he didn't give a " s$hhitttt " , but then again, was I surprised ???? Not in the least

Georgr Fleming is nothing but a greedy scum bag. He took a lot of money out of the company, will not take any responsibility for whats happing now...pure scum of the earth. Now lets see what happens.    If this stock does not start trading again, if this company goes under, if he does not get it going again, well…pay attention what he does, where he goes, what company he gets involved ...more
