Here is a summary GF's plan - sorry if I got any of the order wrong: Need to raise at least $170-200k first (by July 11 I think) to put in a new holdco called WidWrx Recovery Corp to act as a sort of lender to VidWrx.  Then file under insolvency act to buy time (~30 days) to negotiate with creditors.  Then hire some sales staff in a virtual office (i.e. home offices) to get cashflow ...more

Sounds right except it was a July 10th deadline, not July 11th.

I don't know who would put their money into this mess....too much debt.   The business model looked good on paper and not long ago was being hyped as the next Uber.  They tried for years to make a profit and they couldn't. The margins are too narrow. The burn rate incredible.  Too bad, they really had some good people there for awhile..... https://www.macroaxis.com ...more

Funny how George does not take any responsibility for what has happened. Does he get what CEO stands for? He is ultimately responsible for all decisions, yet tries to lay blame and does not care. I wish there were tighter rules ...more

his next "venture" is called InvesLogic - he will not miraculously become ethical for that one either so expect more of the same.  He absoultely is a fraud and how he got away with it for as long as he did with VID is deplorable.  Btw he has zero assets - he is so dead broke he is borrowing money for rent.  The illusion of his 'rich person, so successful life" was ...more

I am so angry and upset by the whole situation. Myself and many others spent months going into work full time trying to try save the company and then were never paid our salary. We were constantly misdirected by GF & management and were not aware of all the fraud going on. Not only did this company lose you the investors money it also ruined peoples lives, we had families& ...more

Thank you for confirming what thought  had been going on for a long, long time… This where Mr Fleming is not taking any responsibility. My understanding is they owed staff money for a long time, plus they were behind on the lease for a long time as well…this was on Mr Flemings watch, he was  the boss when these financial  problems were happening, not the new team that was trying to ...more
