George Fleming and Vidwrx

It is almost too outrageous to hear George Fleming pandering the investors for money to "Fix" Vidwrx when he single handedly stole massive amounts of money to fund his "fake rich" lifestyle and killed the company.  He didn't leave Vidwrx the Board ousted him once they finally, finally caught on. It went on for years and I just don't know how he got away with it and why he isn't under investigation by the SEC.  And if you think he's gone, he's not, his new venture is InvesLogic - he's out there hustling for startup money and he will be quick to steal that too because he is flat dead broke with the Vidwrx money train over.  He's so far in personal debt he's desperate and is borrowing from friends to pay his rent, yes, rent, he doesn't own anything.  If the company can be saved it certainly isn't via George Fleming, that has long been establblished.
