Class action vs GF?

Hi all,

I'm a long time lurker here on SH and signed up specifically to keep up to date on VID.  I hold a relatively spall position (as compared to many others here), and based on what I've been reading, is there not grounds for a class action Vs GF.  It seems employees, customers, and shareholders would all have an interest in this.  Even if this man is as broke as many seem to speculate, it would go a long way in keeping this man from ever doing this to anyone again.  Just an idea.

Unfortunately, I don't have enough skin in this to seek legal counsel myself, but perhaps someone who does might want to discuss with a lawyer... I have absolutely no idea if there are any grounds for legal action.  The problem might be, to the best of my knowledge, is that noone has any evidence that SH's were harmed resulting from illegal actions of the executives/board of the

I also don't have enough skin in the game and honestly wouldn't spend another dime on it. I grabbed some shares a while back after a really good lithium run on the gamble that it would turn around so while I wish I had that money back it wasn't much and it was spent in a very good week.
