What's that odour?

I was doing some thinking over the weekend, and it occured to me that we would have a higher probability of getting any of our money back via a lawsuit, than what GF had proposed.  ie all of us kicking in a couple hundred K, so he could "do his best" to get the company back on track.

This proposition of GF's had all the halmarks of a con artist, trying to re-victimize his prior victims.  Normally, I'd have no problem walking away and taking a loss, but this one really gets my goat.  There needs to be some investigation, or at the very least, a full audit by an independant auditor.

Something seems really fishy about how this entire thing is going down.  Not all, is as it seems.

There's definately a case here.

Yes this man has taken advantage of too many people. He obviously believes he is above consequences. I will be more then happy to contribute. I just wanna see this man pay.  Where do I sign up?
