stock goes no where until we get the project financing done.

Plain and simple.
What is the cap ex of the project?
How much more dillution to finance it?
Considering shares issued to finance a project are always priced lower than existing share price, and considering the poor operators include useless 1/2 warrants that do nothing to raise fiancing at the time it is needed---there is no rational reason why the shareprice should increase until one can accurately value what a share is worth once project financing is taken care of.
The company can talk about finacing the project without any additional equity being issued, but given I have never seen a microcap mining company do something like that, I find it extremely unlikely.
