News sounds quite interesting what with Siva being a long standing private U.S. firm. Timelines appear to be lengthy as usual in Pharma but it is, or at least, seems to be, better than where we were.

I don't agree. The private U.S. firm is in financial crisis and has no product after many years of research. Buying the failing company with common shares dilute our share value. Dilution alone is a bad news to shareholders....for a failing company....now we have one more company burning cash with no revenue. Where are we going to get cash for operation?
