The question is, does the management of SNDL have the ability to align, rationalize, optimize, (fill in the blank with whatever words you want) all of these disparate business units into an efficient and proitable company? I guess we're going to find out... unless they have somethign else in mind.

I think the company has lost its way. These last two acquisition announcements make little sense. Alcanna was great considering they used overvalued SNDL shares for the purchase,, but this garbage they're buying now isn't going to be accretive.

Why is the market reacting to this now? Sundial loaned Superette the money in feb, so that Superette could by all the shares outstanding of canoe. Also isn't  this  sundials buiness modle going forward?. Lending out money and taking a senior debt postion at attractive interest rates then putting thenselves lm a superior postion to snap up the distressed assets.Cash is king esp in ...more
