I ghet answer from Bruce, can we do class action??

Hello Massi,

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier.

This was a HUGE shock to us as well.  The last I spoke to management was a month ago and when I asked about the financial position, they said they had cut costs and with the royalties in place they would be good until next year when they expected revenue to ramp up.

We ended up selling our shares today for a huge loss.

Thanks Massi. I don't think Bruce had any choice but to sell everything today, no matter what cash the patent sale might bring in. There's no way he can carry a stock down 90% on his year-end fund report. Clearly that added to selling pressure today (a million shares or so?). We may see a little bounce tomorrow.

This stock was strong buy on Nov-18-2015 from Bruce Campbell. And 5 weeks later its worthless. Even the expert get taken to back to school once in while. I feel for the common shareholder a hard lesson to learn from especially around this time of the year. Tomorrow is another day hopefully all shareholders other stocks rise and make this a bit less painful.

with these penny stocks it is always buyer beware.  the company is bankrupt and has no significant assets so a class action would go nowhere.   as another poster stated with the venture exchange tech stocks you need to see how much cash they have and how long it will last at their burn rate.
