AerNow and Replay Xd looking to purchase Sensio .

Strong strong Rumor from AerNow https://www.aernow.com/  to buy Sensio . Aernow will be leading the tech space in brocasting live events ..  They have a huge push for glassless 3d from nascar and Virgin .  Aernow is partially owned by go-pro ..    Lets see how this pans out .

I would be extremely careful with this one. Back when the first terror attack happened in 2001 there were tons of TSX main stocks that got nailed absolutely badly (i.e. Sierra Wireless, Glentel, Bell, Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, Air Canada) I will talk about Air Canada as I was involved with that one. That one very much like this one filed for chapter 11 and was trading around .31 or so it traded ...more

What does the terror attack of 2001 has to do with SIO? Are you trying to terrorize shareholders of SIO? LOL!! There are also plenty of companies(every year, month, day) who file for bankruptcy protection, restructure and become viable again without cancelling shares and issuing new ones... I will admit that I'm not familiar with all the details of Sensio and I will definitely look into it ...more

Mazz, I was giving a background contextualization as to when I first experienced a company being in Sensio's position nothing else. Yes, it is true that many companies file for bankruptcy quite often, but I am not too sure what percentages do without cancelling shares and issuing new ones. I couldn't be any happier if that will be the case here. Yes, the protection allows for some time to ...more

You realise that where we're at, your post is filled with assumption and speculation on possible outcome and you could very well be right all along but also maybe not, so if for you its not worth the risk, no problem with that, just stay out.. I am definitely not saying that this is a sure thing, it is a gamble like any stock but with this play there is definitely some risk. The way I see it ...more

I get it. you are simply looking to go short. That may or may not work. I believe you must realize that the probability of going long on this one will be more of a losing than a winning battle! People are shorting the stable companies in this market condition--holding even the good companies long without taking some money off the table is going to end up in pain for those who are doing it, myself ...more

I call bull$hit on this one. for all the newcomers to this stock, take time to read past posts and inform youselves about what Sensio is.  And what it isn't. they are not a tech.  They shifted to becoming movie distributors for the studios more than a year ago, then fired all their researchers and gave their IP to Wi-Lan. their own flagship technology is not even used by the tvs ...more

Seems they did not give their IP to Wi-lan but are selling them no? We just don't know for how much... True I am new here and I'm conscious about the fact that I can make and live with my own decisions and don't need the constant advise from people who pretend to want to save me from losing money.. lets be honest here and see that we are all here to make money.. Every time one of us ...more

Mazz, I honestly wish you all the best to make money on this one. You know what you are doing by the looks of it far be it for me to give an honest opinion to someone who knows better and or is willing to live with his/her investment decisions, which quite honestly is the way it should be. When I give an honest opinion it isn't either to create fear to gain from others selling it is just that ...more

mazz, gave is a relative term here. the intellectual property belongs to Sensio but there seems to be an agreement of some sort. I haven't really read that much into the agreements. But I will give you something which might be similar in kind with another holdings that I have ibc advanced alloys. The company has a partnership with Lockheed Martin who can easily put in a buyout offer to ...more

I mean no disrespect to you.. I stopped reading your last post a third into it( I know you put effort into it) Because it is irrelevant to me.. We could come up with hundreds of examples to make a positive or negative case.. but again just speculation.. when I invest in a company my knowledge of past comparable situation and market observation gives me a general feeling which I follow for decision ...more

no problem. I'm out and I really don't need to say anymore because you are absolutely right there are many positive and negative examples, I have only spoken by experience and free of emotion. Like I said, I wish you all the best with this one and hope you make everything you are looking to from it. glta

3d guy while I find your words to be fairly harsh I actually agree with them as to where Sensio stands and as to what I have told Mazz. There is going to be nothing here. Management will reap the benefits the shareholders will be screwed. People are simply playing with fire and will get scorched on this one at this time. If Sensio survives and acts as a subsidiary of another company there will be ...more
