Thanks Lamothze: In a way I`m happy for Richard maybe away from the Routhwiller he can thrive,on the other hand it`s ironic that he gets such an important job (probably making at least double his old salary) in reward for what buried SIO, lack and ignorance of Sales and marketing (after all he was part of the team), it was easy signing deals when SIO was good for everything and cost nothing to the ...more

Hey Sailor, speaking of Routhier tweeting, have you noticed how the main topic of his tweets has shifted to VR over the past few weeks?  Used to be "3D this" and "3D that". Now it's VR all over the place. What do you think are the odds that whatever happens to SIO, Routhier will emerge with a VR startup soon after that? I'm guessing the best case scenario for ...more

Rabid. Most VR headsets have the ability to display two pictures (even if you just split the picture down the middle on a Galaxy 6 or 7 when it is sitting in a Galaxy Gear). Theoretically, a simple piece of software could perform this in real time on a stream from 3DGo and the VR headset would become a personal 3D movie player. Polebrook, what you said about raising money VS making money made me smile. Excellent point, and I'm sure that's exactly what he has in mind. I'm not sure how 3DGO fits in that picture though. Either it gets sold and it's out of Routhier's hands (I'm guessing the rights would be transferred as part of the sale or be voided and be up to the new buyer to negociate by himself ...more
