Because edibles for recreational use are already legel in California.

Edible products must be produced in serving sizes with no more than 10 milligrams of THC and no more than 100 milligrams of THC for the total package.

I wonder if Sunniva strikes a deal with a California based brewery or edibles manufacturer?

Edibles are huge here. Most people I know who partake use edibles. Sunniva already has an extraction license in CA so yes they will definately be producing oils for edibles. They will also produce cartridges for their own vaporizers. The market is so fragmented in CA and most of the produceres to date aren't licensed. That's about to change. California will never be bigger than Canada. The goal here by the likes of ACB & Canopy is to go global with their business. We have the go ahead from the Federal Govt. as per the USA being regulated by each state. This Industry is headed towards one like Canadian Mining with over 70% of mining companies headquatered here and yet we produce just over 20%.  Its going to be controlled top
