This company has only 18 million shares freely trading. How can 12 million shares be short? Perhaps, there is just hedging on the options/Warrants? The management have a 3 year lockup clause. They may be hedging their holdings? I dont know.

I wondered the same thing, but I think that the info is in dollar amounts. Can any one clarify it for sure?

It called naked short, usualy covered within three trading days, but yes this is perfect scenarion for naked shorting, just perfect Mark my words shorts are goimg to make killing, most of weed stocks are down 40% in threed days, so if there is even reversal lot of time to cover

Wrong, Cavin comes on here like he knows what he is doing. Not sure what business he has here trying to bash over nothing but you would think being a shorter he would know a simple detail of the report.  12 million shares are not short, that is the number of shares that were traded short over a 15 day period. No one knows how many positions are still open. Short today 1000 and cover tomorrow

I don't tell people to buy, i post info and talk about where I see this company in the future. That's good you have your strategy, will see if it works out. I seriously wonder how much you know about this company though... only thing that makes it related to the rest really is the fact they will produce MJ. Sure they may expand into Canada as well but the eyes are on California at this

That was my opinion  that we share and learn, SNN jumped $ 7.00 in three days, I gought in at $ around 10, and I said this cant be for real, but I must admit I didn know about magnitude of , this correction last three days , If you reed my other posts I did sell my entire position on January 3rd, sure I missed another 10% upside but I am happy I did, I have being around for long time , you

Sounds like a difference in strategy. I am here as a longer term investor and you are here to trade. Obviously your strategy has worked better so far.  Was the right decision to short it at 17? All valid points, Stackin..., Lets make money, I am thinking next take out target will be ICC or MARI, or both. ICC South/Central America, Big three will want South American exposure, and Germany and European market for MARI, for same reason If market levels of on Monday I will initiate long position for both, ICC for the purpose of takeout, and MARI on Valuations, Any comment??

Hey Stackinstocks I see posted the short info yestersday and its easier to figure out its in dollar amounts. What website did you get the info from?

Thanks for the link and I figured it out. You just have to click on SNN from the main page of the largest short positions. I normally look at the data on Stockwatch, but they don't have any info on SNN.
