HUGE NEWS SUNNIVAS REFINANCING -GREAT DEAL

JUST LIKE CARMEM SAID -------- NO DILUTION TO SHARES _____________
THEY NOW HAVE OVER $25 MILLION DOLLARS TO EXPAND IN BC AND WITH CALI ALMOST FINISHED _ WE ARE OFF TO THE RACES _ SHARE PRICE WILL BE WELL OVER $60

Explain why you think there is no dilution.

because the shares are coming from an allotment of 9M that were already approved and reserved for issuance. When that has previously been done, you have already "diluted", it's just now they are selling said shares at the increments needed to satisfy costs of the business plan. (Reserved Shares means the amount of shares a startup has set aside for a particular administrative reason. ...more

Doesn't the fact remain that the common shares outstanding just increased by 2.566 million, for a total of 30.1 million shares? Shares approved and reserved for issuance does not equal common shares outstanding. Unless the 9 million shares you are referring to were part of the common shares outstanding before this bought deal financing, which was approx 27+ million shares.

When you don't know for sure what you are posting, you shouldn't. Clearly, your post that there is no dilution is misleading. I have already explained that there is dilution. And no, it's not written in Chinese. Understand that nothing is free. A bought deal financing like this is dilution. It comes with a price, however "small". Lest anyone thinks I am negative on this, no ...more

Hahaha cool story, but I'll post whatever I want chief. There was also no pumping implied, so take a seat, and stop trying to inflate yourself. Your pessimistic posts of doom and gloom dilution are more impacting than someone pointing out that this was an obvious financial move needed to achieve next steps. Whether or not we were incorrect on the dilution, it was stated we werent positive on ...more

excellent posts, thanks for the info both of you. I was also thinking that the ' two stage' financing to 25 million was staged to add to the drama, as they did with the trade stoppage. The trading for this stock was absurdly low the past two weeks, lower than any stock on the CMI. This should get them more in the public eye and also buy them time till the financial audit is complete and ...more

I strongly believe that underwriters had a strong interest in keeping this stock artificially depressed... and now that the BD is behind us and this cap has been removed, we might start seeing some movement
