Oh Boy...

Trading 2% below PP price this late after PP announcement, not good. Must not be filled yet, will be  a buyer when we see low 9's here

Just to avoid being an as.shole/pumper... I'll explain my strategy for the next week. We already know there would be NO news until the bought deal is closed on March 22. So the price could drift lower a bit until then. But once the BD is closed, the company will begin releasing news and the stock will wake up again. My own plan is to buy another 1000 or 2000 shares next Thursday or Friday in ...more

You never know, low was 9.55 today. Bought deal wasn't great for reasons sunrize mentioned, at least we know what money is being used for - that's something that should have been in the pr. If a licence for Oliver was imminent, would they have financed at a discount with warrants? I'm really not sure.

It doesn't have to be imminent. Unlike many of the Canadian producers, they don't exclusively rely on being licensed in Canada... there's California, which by all indications is moving forward nicely, and the NHS and Vapor Connoisseur businesses which continue to grow. This should be reflected in the stock price as the details become public, which will undoubtedly happen in the next ...more

anything under 9.75 is a pretty good deal I would say. Of note, the underwriters did the final audit before initiating the IPO and I believe the founder Pederson was a former investment adviser for Canaccord, so this funding may have been inevitable.
