Nighty Night

Told you low 9's would come. Now I'm waiting for 7's

Who cares what the current price is. There is absolutely no reason to sell at this time. Enjoy waiting.

“Who cares what the current stock price is”???? unf@cking believable get to the shallow end as soon as possible  Sunniva4life.  You my man are in way the f@ck  over your head. I give you 2 years max by than you will be wiped out.

I'll say it again: who cares about the current stock price. There hasn't been a good reason for the decline, therefore there isn't a good reason to sell. The price going down is not a reason to sell. But thanks for giving me 2 years and not 1 year, you patronizing idiot.

I wish for 7s because ill job all over this stock but doubt it'll happen. In a few years this will be a great company. Im long but not yet, just on the sidelines watching and waiting. The canadian companies are a lot more ripe than sunniva but eventually they will become rotten and sunniva will become ripe. just waiting

Ehh... Sunniva is a Canadian company
Comment by mungerman on Mar 25, 2018 12:05pm
I find it interesting that they seem to be further ahead in their California operations than their BC operation. I am not saying they are not Canadian but they sure seem to be late into the game and the fact they will be operating 50% or so for a future competitor (Canopy) seems odd to me. from my perspective it seems they are ok being Role players in Canada but want to dominate California. Just ...more

I don't think they are late into the game, because they're not playing the same game the other Canadian companies are playing - including in Canada. Their B2B model is fairly unique, and no other company has an asset like Natural Health Services with its nearly 100,000 patients. More to the point, Canopy is not a future competitor... it's a future customer. The same goes for the other ...more

i never understood this B2B model. Supreme Cannabis is doing it as well. With legalization everyone is going to be a wholesaler selling to other businesses. NHS is a great asset no knock on that. as for supplying cannabis to other cultivators I dont understand. Companies like Canopy will have +300,000 kg, aphria +200,000 KG, I could keep going. I could see why canopy agreed in the beginning ...more

Supreme is doing it as well... except they don't do it as successfully. They've been around for longer and weren't to accomplish anything like Sunniva's deal with Canopy (and their market cap is twice as large.) The current deal with Canopy will last until 2021. After that, the Canadian and global markets will probably continue to grow, especially since you're going to ...more

Canopy has its production cost at under 1 buck a gram.. once it has enough supply and more importanly access to brands. it will cut these guys out.. either way, there is nothing in osoyoos currently.. California, is a competitive market 1,000's if growers, and weed is under 2k per lbs. lots of things need to happened here, for it to be a good investment.
Comment by Sunniva4Life on Mar 26, 2018 1:45pm
At what point in the future do you predict Canopy to have "enough" production? Either way, this contract is valid until 2021. There's nothing in Osoyoos currently, but there will be something there in a few months... yes there's uncertainty, but therein lies the upside. The point you made about there being 1000s of growers in California is exactly why there is room for a larger ...more

I totally agree with your statement with them wanting to dominate the Cali market! I think you're dead on with that. But at this point, I wouldn't view canopy as a competitor if anything they may buy out Sunniva if they ever get onto the TSX. I could potentially see them using the produce from the BC facility for B2B and the weed from Cali for dispensaries in Cali. ***This is just my ...more
