Fair value at 5? Because... why? People throwing around these low "target prices" but never back it up with any kind of data or rationale. They act like they're the prudent value investors, or whatever, while they're the ones who are operating based on pure guesswork and speculation. These are the people who will end up chasing the stock, buying at 15, 20 or more.

You are taking Guess work: I am talking fair value: projections does not make income statements: Fair value is market driven and artificial market makers wont work: if Village farm with proven annual production  and proven management in greenhouse business is struggling at $5 then why someone buy SNN more than $5: VFF has 2 streamers of income veg and Cannabis rent EM No capex: VFF fair value
