Good find there S4L. Very interesting is the intention of Sunniva to agressively pursue other California assets as they are risk valued due to legal implications that are now dissipating. Reading the attached CannaRoyalty purchase of FloraCal Farms, who have been getting $17.00/gm for premium grade flower. biting off more than they can chew. They want it all with no significant revenue or further share dilution. They will need to though, prices are low and it's worth the future dilution at the right price. I assumed some of the 28 million was for this, these costs are always underestimated..

$15m of the $28m was for BC construction deposits, $1m was for extraction facility equipment, $2m was for their NHS software upgrade. The rest, approx $10m, is for "working capital and general corporate requirements". That money along with the cash they already had on hand will get them through to the point where they generate revenue. That being said... if they want to acquire something ...more
