Do they even know if the wells can supply enough water, assuming they aren't contaminated? They will need A LOT of water.

You have reading comprehension issues and/or you are reading irrelevant information. The company is on track to begin phased occupancy in December.

They're testing a location they dont yet own for contamination, and I assume whether the acquifier can support their needs. If it can't or the contamination can't be remediated, the site is useless. They will have to ammend or resubmit their application, and funding isn't yet in place. December occupancy is a pipe dream.

Yes they will, it said so in their CSE listing statement. That's where I pulled the quote from.

@JMark80- Agreed, it looks like a going concern especially in terms of jeopardizing the supply contract with Canopy in terms of initial deliveries, disclosure on the details here would be prudent as part of the April 30th release or sooner, if not the SP may take a hit.

I should point out though that the CEO is a big part of this area and had his beginnings here, he is well connected. He grew up in Summerland, studied at Okanagan College, near his Poplar Grove winery. His wife is owner and operator of another winery at Osoyoos Lake, the town of Oliver is halfway between the two. So, he may be able to get things going soon with some local support.

I hope you're right, though I'm unaware of any politicians being able to expedite the red tape of HC.
