What are you talking about? Nobody ever claimed the facility will be completed in 4 months - October 2018. 8 months is roughly how long it took to have California built (November 2017 - July 2018). 8 months means Ok Falls will be completed in the middle of Q1 2019. This is completely in line with what we know.

JMark, I've got to applaud you for your attention to detail. What you linked to is a post that Laureen Heisler put up on Facebook. I believe that within hours after this post was pasted unto here, Laureen corrected (edited) her Facebook post to indicate that she misheard the speaker and it is not 3-4 months but rather 8 months, after another person who was in the meeting brought the error to

Thanks for the clarification, I was extremely skeptical at the time that it could be completed that quickly, which resulted in a brief argument with someone (as usual). I don't entirely blame that person though, after all Holler did say it would be completed in less time than Cathedral (estimated at 7 months). Hopefully it doesn't take 8 months though.
