so if I understood it right, those vendors will provide their own Cannabis and SNN will manufacture the oil , or SNN will provide the cannabis and the oil too ?

I believe the oil is extracted out of Cannabis trim, which sells in California for a relatively negligible $50-100 per pound. I am not sure about the question of who procures the trim. Of course, once Sunniva produces its own dry flower, they will supply the trim.

the oil could be extracted from the from the dry flower too. this is way more expensive than the trim if that's the case. would be interesting to know the margins if Cali Gold provide the cannabis (flower or trim) and the margins if SNN provide the whole thing. also not clear on who supply what in those 2 white label contracts they announced.

That's true. All we know is that Sun-Oil extracts the oils and FSD makes the cartridges.

I think the reason for the limited disclosure might be that these contracts are linked to the greenhouse tenancy arrangements, and Sunniva wants to extend their first mover advantage (as a large scale cGMP producer) for as long as they can. In other words, I would not be surprised if both or either of these two companies - Phactory Farmacy and Cali Gold - will be among the Sunniva Campus tenants.&

I don't think they are Money. in their MD&A they named all of their subsidies in the states, and those 2 are not among them

I agree with you GOT MONEY, these guys could very well be cultivation tenants as well, my guess is companies are clamouring to get a foothold there, as it ensures clean product and will enable them to even increase their production volumes to supply the pending shortage. Cali Gold would most likely require additional capacity for the expanded product launches. If MPX is in fact another potential

Yes indeed! These seven 22k square feet bays present such a wonderful opportunity for companies. Fully automated, clean, compliant. They simply could not have that, especially the automation part, in a facility of a smaller scale.
