Yes, the land purchase closes tomorrow. They already have the Confirmation of Readiness, which basically means Health Canada approved their construction plan and they can start building the facility. So the next step is financing, which should be announced in the next week or two.

yup , you are right. financing is the last hurdle. and I guess they cant finalize any financing before closing the land deal. it is all interlinked.
