Really? Im thinking that as soon as the spinout information is divulged, financing will be right behind it, and there’s an ER holding new extract sales coming in 2 weeks, and a production facility going online any day now... all of that tells me a momentum swing is coming soon.

Its not sales im interested in right now, Im interested in a string of positive news releases. I firmly believe we are past construction phase in cali, my opinion is they would be setting up interals in preps for start up. Which sounds simple but could easily consume a month. But they comfortably said Q3 and product in Q4 so we have to be on the brinks of starting the engines.   Im hoping

I’m not saying that exactly, what im hoping, is that those separate topics are all currently ironing out (spinout breakdown, completion and startup of cali plant, financing, etc.). All their timetables were within 60days, but with financing delayed and spinout details now needed, everything fell into mid Q3 timeframe, and releasing all the info within a couple weeks would give much more impact on

they'll be releasing their q2 results at the end of the day on August 22nd and a conference call the following day. IR confirmed that on an e-mail. That's when most of the activity would be discussed. Spin out is expected to close by the end of the year as per IR team.

Basically what I was getting at, except we will be getting spinout clarification information far before end of year, as we get to vote on whether it happens or not, prior to them moving forward.

Oversold - Can somebody post most recent short positions. I would expect that number to be high. People selling this stock over the past couple of months are either taking a loss, or shorting.

Short Data CSE Short positions definitely ticked up substantially from July 15th to August 1st, and based on how the selling is happening, it must be even higher than August 1st.
