Yes, it's gonna be a green day. This will help solidify the Canopy contract for the Canadian facility, as well re-enforces the notion that if Sunniva delivers on producing the Canopy strains as detailed in the supply agreement and the spinout is approved, then the best bet is Canopy will take over the Canadian facility... JMHO.

Hi Bluechip2, my guess is that Canopy wants to make sure that they have enough product in anticipation of demand from the likes of Constellation.

@Bluechip2: Canopy Rivers has taken out equity stakes in 8 companies with interests in brand rights, cultivation consultants and food processors. But notice that they don't have any stake in CULTIVATORS yet. The chances of them financing (in part, if not whole) the OK Falls facility with an equity stake are pretty high, imo.

I suppose an eventual acquisition is not out of the question. Maybe Canopy could issue a loan to finance the facility, now that they're flush with cash. It's clear Anthony Holler et al can't get it done.
