Why the delay?

I do not understand why mgmt is not spinning the co out already. What is the reason?
Anyone?

My hunch based on the recent prospectus is that will not announce a shareholder's meeting to vote on the spin out until they have finalized exactly what they will be doing for the financing of the Canadian Campus. Once they have determined what they will be doing with the CAD assets of the company, I expect more information regarding the spin out to be revealed and everything to be ...more

Quoting in part: "....a sale of, an investment in, or a joint venture for some or all of the Company’s Canadian assets". I understand the above to be alternatives. What Canadian assets could they sell? Not the OK Falls site,  I am sure. That leaves NHS. But then again, it says some or ALL Canadian assets. If they sell ALL, then there is no need to spinout anything. This is puzzling ...more

It is my understanding that in order to sell part or all of the Canadian assets, a spin out would be required. The theory is they will dominate the globe with first mover advantage, but it is more likely ...more

Excellent summary Bluechip2...snn has positioned itself to be an absolute monster in Cali and it trades at 138M US market cap! Just unbelievable! As long as all goes to plan, the Cali facility alone will exit 2019 with an anuual run rate equivalent to or greater than its current market cap!  I continue to add to my position at these ridiculously low prices. I still believe the stock will move ...more

Being a shareholder myself would love to belive all you say. But such a low volume trading and hardly any movement in stocks tells me a different story.  If all being true about valuations sharks will be all over this stock.  Hoping for a miracle. All the best!

@Dealbaaz if you have been following the market for a while, virtually all the top tier Canadian companies began receiving high volume trading and market cap exponential growth after execution risk diminished, either by announcing large contracts and/or successful greenhouse and cultivation milestones. I would compare Sunniva's stage to where the Canadian LP were this time last year. I believe ...more
