Iront know if the exchange requires it or not, but snn has a habit of halting to announce money raises, as well as their closing.

Not sure how they get a License to sell prior to getting a License to Produce, prior to having the necessary building progress and associated infrastructure to appease the gov't checklist.

How long does it take to release that the money raise has closed?  Or are snn strategically waiting for the sector run that’s happening to end?   Don’t mind the snark...I’m long snn...but it’s been one of the more frustrating stocks I’ve owned have fun, handy

Interesting operational update...  total share count now by my count is ~36,000000 with ~10,500,000 reserved warrants/options, looks like they are using most of the bd money to complete phase 1 on Canada greenhouse.  And are open to jv’s or sale of Canadian side, and pursuit heavy into Cali.

It's for the close. It's not a weak reason. Before they announce anything else, they must close the BD. That is because underwriters in these agreements have an "out" in case of material changes, so companies don't risk it and customarily withhold any material change announcements. Once the BD is behind us (today), more interesting news can start coming out.
