the presentation is a nice update and I'm definitely looking forward to hearing about the branded product rollout in the near term. The teaser products in the presentation were certainly a bit of a surprise. The paradiso looks a bit ho hum to me and the Dr Keiths (half chuck norris half willie nelson) is pretty hilarious but not quite the image I had envisioned of a sunniva product -

I don’t think you will need to sell your Canada shares, because I think they will be selling into a merger or outright sale in general, using the $ to fully fund an American seed to sale company. Imo anyways.

I am starting to hope that is the case URL. Perhaps that is part of this deafening news silence even prior to the pp, since that would not be an easy endeavor to offload the whole CAD operation. the question is how much capital would snn actually raise from selling their CAD ops in their current form? 7 clinics and an unbuilt greenhouse on $8M tranche of land with an uncertain take or pay contract

Agreed, full speculation, but they did say it themselves, “joint venture or sale” of Canadian assets, is an option. The runaway contender in my opinion would be Canopy. 8 NHS clinics that can push their bud to over 100k new patients, on the best platform in medical, and the $ to rapidly expand nation wide.
