This would mean huge progression for the Cali operations. Clones ready to rock upon operational start-up, biomass for extraction facility months sooner, branding timeline gets a big cut, high end strains in their back pocket, and no downfall that I can see. This is finally something to get some positivity going.

the market is understandably yawning on this news. these companies were already joined at the hip, they just appear to be doing the i's and t's on an LOI for final consummation, as it were (Vision is co-owned by Vinayak Shastry, Sunniva’s President of US Operations).
