Old news been circulating for a while now. Yes, it would be. But you need to understand though that Rohrabacher is facing a stiff challenger in the election and is desperate to get votes for reelection. So take his spiel with a grain of salt.

Lets be serious, that current TRILLION $ federal deficit is begging for weed taxes to help curb the downward spiral that is the us federal debt of $20T lol. If you think the ppl wont want to see the benefits that are occuring in legalized states spill over into their own, you are crazy. Legalization on a fed level will be the key agenda point in the next election. Just like it was in Canada for ...more

At the risk of further offending some with yet another dated news re-circ., recall October 17 former Cdn PM Brian Mulroney announced his newly-minted board-membership on an American cannibis holding.    Whether anyone agrees/d with his NAFTA initiative ain’t the point: disruptive economic tools are, and in 1994 that’s exactly what the introduction of his free trade agreements did.  ...more

Oh don’t you worry about the sad sacks lol, they will 1 star and attempt to negate anything positive said on this board. Typical mentality of today’s society, undeserving sense of entitlement, and offended by everything lol.

It was ...more

@Bluechip2: I believe it boils down to whether Dems can take control of the House or Senate or better yet, both. If they do, then med MJ will have a great chance of going legal at the Fed level. You should read the "memo" that Rep. Earl Bluemenaur sent to his colleagues.
