OT - a primer for snn
While not specific to snn, this is still a very informative discussion and shows how a regional vertically integrated mj co. is knocking it out of the park in the san jose area. If snn is to be successful they need to "steal" many of the same pages out of their playbook.

Nice branding, but they lack Sunniva's scale - a 95,000 sq feet facility vs Cathedral City's 495,000 sq feet.

They keep saying first movers? smh... how much slower can you go considering they are already behind scedule by like a quarter. Should have been harvesting by now... anyway must one short to get his money lol

And Grupo Flor has 1 400 000 sq ft of current space...same idea offering tenants full services... thats why I think you guys are too easy on management.
