Alan has always been correct on SNN. His latest post on SA is below.

 
This one has been a big disappointment. Hopefully, it works out. To me, the fact that the spin isn't until Q2 was really negative.

Yeah but he didnt even like the spinout since it was announced. Now that they are doing it later than expected is really negative? I dont understand why. I appreciate this guys opinion but its just that. An opinion and its always been negative.

Maybe it’s always been negative because he foresaw the failures?  How can anyone claim to be confused why ANYONE would be negative about snn, considering where we are now?  I don’t know what it would take for some snn investors to be disappointed. Serious silver-lining crew invested here have fun, handy

Honestly he probably had a lucky guess. He really didn't have a lot of facts and If Alan is so smart why is he writing articles on SA. Look up and see what he has recommended. I'm sure it evens out eventually. Do your own DD. The market is reacting this way until sunniva can prove itself, but they have had to adapt itself to the market due to poor industry forecasting. That wasnt my point but ok. I am disappointed wtih SNN and the latest financials. Not much to be happy about in the short term.

ICYMI, from the outset, Alan wasn't optimistic that they would get bank financing. He has been proven correct. As far as I can tell, everyone else was gung ho about bank financing. Mgmt keeps missing their own set timelines, in case you haven't been aware.

The Canadian timeline was based on financing. Banks don't lend to companies with U.S. operations, and regardless, not having financing for the facility has not extended the launch date in Canada of Sunniva branded products AND it has been a blessing in disguise. With the newly mentioned pod approach, it allows for a quicker initiation of strategy to profitability in Canada. Bashing of Sunniva ...more
