I see your point Bluesguy but I expect SNN's revenue in 2018 Q4 to be much higher than 2018 Q3 based on great rec sales in CA and increased direct sales to Can patients.  These should adequately cover their general operating and admin costs for 2018 Q4.  We can expect the spin off to be presented to shareholders in 2019 Q1 for a vote.  I think that SNN's sp would have
