More corresondence with Rob
The mistake yesterday was mine, I interpreted the internal discussion about the dates from mid to end of April incorrectly.
To be clear, we are not ‘late’ in the sense of the requirements for filing financial statements and so there is no risk penalty. A non-venture listed company has 120 days to file the year end statements. The 90 days I quoted in our previous message is the time frame that larger market cap companies have to report and out of habit of only having worked for large cap companies in the past I used those dates as my reference.
As we’ve talked about, we are planning on getting a full update out at the quarter and want to make sure that all the pieces get addressed fully as well as provide some insight as to how 2019 has started off and this will give us some time to get all of that prepared as well.
I don’t mind your inquiries, your messages are much more civil than some that I get.
Rob
