BEST NOT ANY OF YOU TRY TO SPIN THESE FINANCIALS POSITIVE

Are you kidding. 18 m revenue. Loss of $28 million?  Oh lord. This is why I got out of 98% of the LP’s and went with the dispensaries in the USA. Planet 13 is going to show a profit after one year. Projected 7-8 million. The financials that the LP’s are putting out are brutal. This didn’t end well in dot com days and this will be similar. You can run buisness losing money. Bottom line. You can’t. G

And yet you favour WEED which lost 10x as much. This company is just getting started with a market cap 125x smaller than Canopy Growth.

Once the SNN Calif campus is built and running then we’ll see the full potential.  Early mover advantage in Calif market.  Just need to have patience and accumulate at these levels.  What an asset their building will be when complete and cannabis laws continue to relax across the US.  Perhaps the next move should be into another large population state?

I’m not so sure about the “early mover advantage”.  The Cathedral City facility is long overdue with its construction/infrastructure delays (probably end of year before it begins operations)...SNN also still needs to commit another 10.5M in order to meet all construction obligations.  This is in addition to the ~$20M already committed.  Moreover, this does not include a property ...more

Clarification:  Moreover, this does not include a property/land “lease” agreement (a “build to suit” lease) which commenced this year...should read “commences” this year...

Hempdoc, nice to see you over here offering your insights. I do agreee that "first mover advantage" appears to be a bit of a comical misnomer lately as delays continue although the size and scale of what snn is bringing online is still not at all common in ca to my knowledge (due to the intensive capital outlay and duration for coming online) and that there are still some significant ...more

well said. just see which one has EFT in. Do you see 20% up in a year with SNN? That is what big money thinks about risk before putting money in

Considering the cannabis laws in the US, and that major corporations still won’t touch it or be involved, it is still early days.  By the time they do get involved, SNN will be an advanced operation and prized target for fast entry into the market.

I agree rborhi on their potential, especially when considering their size.  Once fully vertically integrated, they should be seeing impoved margins...will be closely watching.  BTW, re: their build-to-suit lease in Calif, they will certainly be paying some handsome rent for land use, but do you or anyone know if they have any or all ownership of the buildings?  Thanks in advance...

Good to hear from you Benedictus & always appreciate your insight as well...your points are well taken re: LDS & the CEO track record.  As for SNN, despite the delays & cost overruns, their management team is a good one & SNN’s planned scale is unmatched.  I will be waiting patiently on the sidelines until I get a better idea on their operational timelines & more ...more

SNN will have a world. Class facility once competed in August  yes they are late but in 6 months this will be huge  I’m disappointed they are late but it will be worth the wait  I wouldn’t be surprised if acreage or   Cresco buys them at some point
