Every investor is underwater

While insiders have made out pretty good. — they are going to find Cali very competitive

Yep Cali is very competitive. What would it take for them to succeed? How about a massive state of the art glasshouse that can produce consistent many tons of high quality cannabis at a cost lower than anybody else? Could that help?

I don't think only a world class glasshouse will fix everything thats wrong with this company. We don't own the stupid glasshouse built in the middle of a desert. In my opinion not a good idea. Day highs sometimes over a 100 degrees. Have to put in over ten million dollars into a building we are leasing, and don't own. More wasted money. In my opinion. Every other dealer is not ...more

You obviously know absolutely zero about growing anything in greenhouses. Much cheaper to vent out extra heat, than generating that heat yourself via HVAC units. Lighting and heat is the highest costs involved in most grow facilities, and they have minimized the need for both. The recycling of water is another major cost reducer. The glasshouse is the key to low margins. But hey, your amateur and ...more

"In the middle of the desert" two hours drive from LA. Is that too remote? Maybe they should have build the facility next to the Lamborghini dealership in Rodeo Drive.  Good post URL, a voice of reason amid the moaning and hysteria.

URlaughable, heating is one of the major costs when the ambient temps are cold; in the desert, cooling will be one of the major costs, because the ambient temps are ridiculously hot. Marj plants handle cold much better than they handle high heat.  They’ve already had to redesign for added chillers, at an additional $10 million cost. Those chillers will not be cheap to run. From experience, it ...more

Cannabis loves heat and humidity,  anyhow the best quality is grown indoors , medicinal grade  outdoor quality is decent but can be mouldy have bugs and other issues Cheap greenhouse is 2nd , totally enclosed  greenhouse indoor factikty is number 1 premium quality  anyhow I’m a buyer at $2.51 today  thanks for the cheap shares
Comment by HandyAfterall on Jun 25, 2019 2:30pm
Cannabis does not love heat or humidity. Ideally, temps should not exceed 27 Celsius, humidity should not exceed 60%.  Very easy to confirm that at any reputable growing site online.  Have fun, handy

Handy is correct... just look at the weather pattern in the emerald triangle...the most proliific mj grow region in Cali. technically, the rsi still has room to go down. if we are to reach the rsi that was hit at the last 52wk low, I'd imagine the sp can head toward 2. I was tempted to add here but there's too many question marks right now... how are q2 sales going to stack up along with ...more

They hired a grower with 20 years experience in green house growing  and 5 years of cannabis growing  plus he’s familiar with the PRIVA air system they will be using
Comment by GhostOfLeith on Jun 26, 2019 12:20pm
Yea they know what they're doing. Some people here are not aware that the glasshouse is going to be coated with a special chemical that will help reflect some of the excess heat.

I said it shortly after I bought, should have listened to myself, instead of holding on for so long, we have all been dooped here.
Comment by GhostOfLeith on Jun 26, 2019 12:21pm
Subchimes1, nobody's been dooped. Sorry about your emotional difficulties.

Hey ghost who ever you are, why do you keep pumping this stock, I got in from the beginning, and the my bank account is alot smaller then when I got into this company. My missing money is not a ghost it is real money. Who are you, you must be getting paid to defend this company and the management for doing such a great job. And they are still making $300,000.00 a year for the great job they are ...more

Agreed. Management has destroyed shareholder value by overpromising and under-delivering. These clowns need to get their sheet together.
Comment by mulletator on Jun 27, 2019 12:12pm
Subchimes1, this is a speculative stock.  If you bought high and sold low then you f'cked up.  Just beacuse you're a terrible investor doesn't mean that you got duped. You bought and sold at the wrong times.  Don't blame the company.   I bought in Canopy at $3.00 it dropped below $2 in the first year.  You and I could have been having this same ...more

They don't just vent out extra heat, they will need to run an evaporative cooling system. They will also need to heat the greenhouse at night during the winter.

when does the okanagan deal close?  would be a good deal for sunniva.   Canada is so overbuilt, i would expect many bankruptcies in the coming years.

This company reminds me of ALEAFIA. Just a bunch of empty promises. Wouldnt be surprised if it gets to Aleafia price levels too. 100ml market cap is getting very scary. From what I see, this stock is doomed. I dont play it, but know people who bought way over 5$. Damn shame.
Comment by sonnyyy on Jun 26, 2019 11:14am
Agree,,  feeding us all promises while they manipulate and become wealthy on our money.
