Cali campus

Hi folks, Reading about this stock and if anyone can share what does this mean?  

Through its subsidiary, CP Logistics, LLC, Sunniva is developing the Sunniva California Campus

Doesnt SNN themselves own any assets or property? If they leasing, cant they get kicked out at some point? Whats the fuss about high end state of art finishes meant for them?
