Just garbage...
Management is eating up all the money. They should own the facility by now. Not lease at 17% of the cost.(correct me if I’m wrong). Who would agree to such a foolish deal?
Holler said in an interview that they are not in the real estate business and that’s why they don’t want to own the facility. Well the other cannabis companies aren’t in the real estate biz either and they own their facilities. Look at their share price and look at snn.
the share price says it all...and management is involved in the financing because its at 10% interest.
Lmao all they are doing is lending themselves money to pay their salaries. Anyone know what Holler is making?
Beware many bag holders management included - so you should expect more lies...

They had the opportunity to raise plenty of capital when they went public to own the greenhouse and property. Barker got a sweetheart deal. Plus Barker sits on the board. Pretty sure Holler is pulling in 300k/year - to basically do jack $hit.
