Just brutal, what can you say.  I'm staying away until there are clear signs of a turnaround, which is still possible given they've come this far.

Depending on exchange rate yes, but no less than $1.30. A positive from the release, 6.5M shares out of 7.5M already went to insiders and initial investors. That tells me they are more than happy to ride out the wait and cash in down the road.

They're not shares, they're promissory notes (10% annual interest) with 1.11 warrants per unit that have a $.90 USD strike and 24 month expiry. Since when is stock price based on warrants?
