30-day notice of termination... getting kicked out

its over... no way they can pay in 30 days.  they have no money.

How hell they will even fight in court... do they have any money to pay for a lawyer or even a jainator..

Stop the BS.. 

The Company also reports receipt of a 30-day notice of termination under its build to suit lease for the Cathedral City Glasshouse and notices of default regarding funding of the facility.
