No you will not loose your shares.. You can keep those shares but they will be worth 0.0001$ and no where to sell them If you remember NORTEL..

it's very simple math...if the company is worth $0 than the shares of the company are worth $0 if they file for bankruptcy the courts have to decide the order of payouts, if they have any money in the bank  or any assets left...i think share holders are last to get paid, first they have to pay all the compamies to whom they owe money...just my opinion...not sure since I'm not a lawyer

you are right in a sense. Creditors come before Shareholders.. After all is paid and cleared including salaries and lawyers.. shareholders get paid.
