gets his buddy to build the glasshouse - pays him how much? Leaseholds? Obligations? And the damn thing isn’t built yet.

Should have issues an extra 5 million shares at the 9.75 financing they did some time ago. Myself and another investor couldn't get any then.. Guess that was a good thing now but none the less.. that would have caused no real issue with dilution and 45 million more in the cash for stormy hurricane days like now. Good luck to us.

You might be right that SNN will be pressured into selling for lower $$$, then again if they do sell it as per the $$$ in today's release or close to it, then that's a positive. As of today CPMD seems to be in agreement with those terms.

This means there is still a deal in its current form brewing. Nothing changes from my original hypothesis. if they pull it off, and we will know by dec 20th the stock will triple in price at least,, so the risk is worth the reward just as i wrote a couple days ago!! with the latest pr, i would say we are closer to my scenario playing out. Lets see what happens

Market cap right now is less than the proposed sale price of the OK facility. what does that say? Either a bad sign or extremely undervalued if it turns around. What about the packaging company SNN bought earlier? revenues were strong in the last nine months reported, will that continue.

The sale of OK will unwind the debt and allow for some breathing room to refinance GH. Their is value in the logistics business and if they sell OK than they can hopefully resolve barker issues and move forward. we will knownin 3 weeks, but if the sale goes through you wont be getting shares at 40 cents

...and if the sale doesn't go through - as it hasn't for the last 3 months - you won't be getting 4 cents for your shares. Some people have seemingly unbounded faith/optimism have fun, handy

And that's not even the scary part. Barker's 30 day notice is already 4 days old. His Christmas day deadline for evicting Sunniva out of the Glasshouse is fast approaching. 26 more days.......

The notice is nonsense if there is no certificate of occupancy yet. Does their glass house have that certif? I think they have not finished construction yet.
