Not that he will but..

Since Tony Holler is the only one left and the leader of the pack he should:

- Become become major shareholder of CannaPharmRx and put a boat load of money into it so they can close the deal.. Yes directors have to approve of both companies.  He did buy the land so he knows it's worth.. near his winery to boot.
- Then CPRx can close this deal, and Sunniva can get the liquitidy it needs.
- Then perhaps he can save SNN, his investment, and reputation at the same time. 

Looks win win to me to save the company and diversify the portfolio..
