be willing to let it your money go at this point but on the other hand if management somehow pulls this out of there A$$. This could moon shot for sure.

You actually dont end up losing everything. If they dont close the deal or if it falls apart hypothetically the stock probably drops to 10-20 cents.. so you lose half at this point. It would never go to zero, look at TRST basically has no business, cant sell product... one bad news story after another and even today a couple months after the carnage it still trading at a buck. Never go to Zero? Don't kid yourself As an investor who has seen and been a part of a couple of speculative companies that had potential both of them are worthless.  I keep them as listings in my portfolio to remind myself that stocks can be worthless.  Remeber Enron and Nortel?
